Refund policy

You can return your Big John Table within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The table must be in its original condition, with all parts, in its original packaging. To start a return, email salestbjt@thebigjohntable.com with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive and inspect the table, we'll refund your original payment method. If your table arrives damaged or defective, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll cover the cost to make it right.
